3. Minimum Age Requirement

To register for and use the Services offered on the Site, you must be at least 18 years old. By continuing to use these Services, you declare and guarantee that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms of Use.

Likewise, for visitors to the Site who are not registered, age confirmation may be required when attempting to access certain age-restricted content, through age verification tools using third-party technology. This age verification is carried out by a 3rd party approved by the relevant Nigerian authorities and its cost will be charged to the user who wants to access the sensitive content. No refunds are accepted as the service is always given.

IMPORTANT: Please keep the credentials provided after the first legal age check. Without them, you cannot prove you have been verified and will need to pay again for the check. It is strongly recommended to provide an email address to recover the age check login credentials and avoid being charged every time you want to access the sensitive content.

11. Fees and Payment Methods

If you opt for a paid Service, you will have the opportunity to review and accept the specific conditions before completing your purchase.
